„The long-term effectiveness of digital systems depends largely on their acceptance in everyday life. This acceptance is achieved in particular by taking user needs and application contexts into account at an early stage.“
Sarah Götz is a research assistant and doctoral candidate in the Department of Business Informatics and Systems Development (WISE) at the University of Kassel. Sarah wrote her bachelor’s thesis on the topic of ‘technology acceptance’ and studied economics, psychology and management at master’s level. In the PriDI project, she contributes her knowledge of user acceptance criteria and works on the method of collecting and evaluating them.
