Charlotte Werther studied law at the University of Hamburg and Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. She holds a master’s degree in competition law and economics from the Brussels School of Competition in Brussels, Belgium. Charlotte worked for more than eight years as a lawyer specialising in intellectual property and antitrust law. Since July 2025, Charlotte has been responsible for legal issues at the Open Search Foundation, where she also supports the PriDI project.
